The collection consists of three items: letter to Miss Furman, about his health, his joy at seeing her letter, asking about her books and book plates, and mentioning a new book by an American author similar to his own, Diversions of a Book-lover by Mr. Joline, first published 1903; also, one sheet from the proof pages from one of his books, for her collection, along with a copy of an external photograph of his old library; both are mentioned in the letter.
